Vô-Vi Multimedia Communication was founded by Master Luong Si Hang – Vi-Kien on March 13, 2003, with the sacred mission of preserving, protecting, and sharing the authentic teachings of the Buddha-Dharma Method of Vô-Vi Transcendental Science. Recognized as a charitable organization in both Canada and the United States, its purpose is to uphold and transmit the spiritual legacy of Vô-Vi meditation through modern forms of communication.
The formal announcement of its establishment took place the following year, during the 2004 Annual Vô-Vi Conference, entitled "Divine Love with Boundless Grace – Tình Trời Tận Độ," held aboard a cruise in Hawaii. At this grand event, foundational minutes and declarations were exchanged between Master Luong Si Hang – Vi-Kien and key individuals entrusted with managing the Vô-Vi communication network. This marked a historic unification of efforts for the dissemination of Vô-Vi Meditation under one multimedia platform.
After years of steadfast development and navigating various challenges, a milestone was reached on January 12, 2009. On this day, Master Luong Si Hang – Vi-Kien visited a notary office in California, where he personally signed and notarized his full authorization to Vô-Vi Multimedia Communication – establishing the organization as the sole steward entrusted with preserving his doctrine drawn from his fifty years of spiritual service.

Purpose
The primary purpose of this code is to protect the principles and spiritual values, of the Buddha-Dharma Method of Vô-Vi Transcendental Science by Master Luong Si Hang -Vi-Kien. It aims to:
- Preserve the authenticity and purity of the original teachings of Master Luong Si Hang – Vi-Kien.
- Serve and support the dissemination of Vô-Vi Meditation materials for the organization of annual conferences, pilgrimages and charitable concerts organized under the Vô-Vi name and Master Luong Si Hang - Vi-Kien teachings.
Through our devotion, we hope to foster a community founded on unity, integrity, compassion, and selfless service.
Core Guiding Principles
This code applies to all members, associated entities, and contributors of the Vô-Vi Multimedia Communication. It serves as a pledge — binding our thoughts, actions, and hearts — to uphold the authentic teachings of our Master and commit to the preservation and faithful transmission of his doctrine. The code requires the following principles:
- Allegiance: Strict adherence to the Ten Practical Meditation Tenets and loyalty to the original teachings of Master Luong Si Hang - Vi-Kien.
- Preservation: Commitment to the faithful transmission and protection of core principles, precepts and meditative practices entrusted by Master Luong Si Hang - Vi-Kien.
- Unity: Strengthening collaboration and equality among all practitioners to enhance collective harmony and progress.
- Service: Performing all actions with truthfulness, devotion and a spirit of selfless contribution.
Organizational Values
The following values are essential. They must be strictly observed in the governance, activities and communications organized under the Vô-Vi name and Master Luong Si Hang - Vi-Kien teachings.
- Truthfulness: Absolute honesty in all communications, actions, and representations.
- Team Spirit: Work collectively with a spirit of loyalty, trust, and devotion.
- Respectful Collaboration: Respect each individual's contributions while maintaining clarity in roles, responsibilities and shared objectives.
Enforcement and Accountability

In alignment with the Ten Rules of Spiritual Practice, Vô-Vi Multimedia Communication upholds seven core principles as articulated by the Honorable Master Lương Sĩ Hằng - Vĩ Kiên. These principles serve as the ethical foundation for all content creation and dissemination. They ensure that all communications remain faithful to the spiritual values of the Buddha-Dharma Method of Vô-Vi Transcendental Science.
All Contents should be devoted to the spirit of the following:
- Foster and build Inspirational and Constructive Thought.
All content should inspire uplifting, light and elevated thinking.
- Present information in an orderly manner, based on one's genuine experience, stemmed from diligent practice.
Only through sincere meditation that one can truthfully share what has been achieved through the Vô-Vi meditation practice.
- Share news relevant to the Vô-Vi Community.
All communications should focus on content relevant to the Vô-Vi Community that support the development of collective spiritual journey practitioners.
- Avoid publishing esoteric or prophetic material that could disrupt the energic balance of the spiritual energy of fellow practitioners.
Refrain from sharing prophecies to protect the meditative practice from confusion and disorder.
- Publish useful writings that help enhance inner peace and support individual in facing with present-day challenges.
Post articles that offer insight and encourage serenity in dealing with current situations.
- Contribute to joyful peace, spiritual-unity between worldly and devout life, and striving toward serenity and spiritual advancement.
All contributions should promote peaceful togetherness, encourage harmonious integration of worldly and spiritual life rooted in serenity and meditative edification.
- Do not criticize anyone, except where necessary to constructively support spiritual development.
Avoid personal criticism. Critique must serve the sole purpose of advancing spiritual consciousness.
