1. Auxiliary Exercise to Improve Energy Circulation

You may do this exercise anytime during the day or at night before proceeding with the main exercises.

Stand upright with your spine straight, feet parallel and shoulder-width apart. Curl your toes downward and try not to touch the arches of your feet to the floor. Keep your tongue curled upward, with your incisors lightly touching, and your mouth and eyes closed. Mentally focus your thoughts forward from your frontal psychic center.

Slowly swing your arms forward about 30 degrees. Then slowly swing them backward as high as possible, without bending your elbows. Point fingers upward as you swing your arms forward, and turn your palms backward as your arms swing behind you.

Master Lương Sĩ Hằng - Vĩ Kiên:
When you point your fingers upward and curl your palms up backward, you are activating the point of acupressure on your wrists, which relates to your head. This helps the blood circulation toward your brain. It is also recommended to concentrate your mind on contracting the muscles of your anus everytime you swing the arms backward.

Perform this exercise for at least 15 minutes or 300 repetitions. Be sure to do this exercise leisurely and slowly. You may experience perspiration after a while.

2. Prayer after meals

Master Lương Sĩ Hằng - Vĩ Kiên advises the spiritual practitioners to mentally recite the following prayer after each meal in order to help facilitate the evolution process of the nutrients toward higher planes.

Concentrate on top of your head. Keep your tongue curled up, incisors against incisors, mouth and eyes closed. Mentally recite the following mantra three times:

Nam Mô Bát Nhã Ba La Mật Đa
(nam mo bat neh bah lah mut da)

Sắc Bất Dị Không, Không Bất Dị Sắc
(sack but yee komg, komg but yee sack)

Thời Chiếu Kiến Ngũ Uẩn Giai Không
(Toy nyet keen, ngoo owen yai komg)

Thọ Tưởng Hành Thức, Diệc Phục Như Thị
(taw tung hing took, yet fook new tea)

Độ Nhất Thiết Khổ Ách, Nam Mô A Di Đà Phật
(dough, nyet teet ko ahch, nam mo ah yee dah fat)

3. Bowing Exercise

Assume the following position during the Bowing Exercise. Stand in front of the Vô-Vi mirror. Those who do not have the Vô-Vi mirror may face south direction to align with the magnetic field of north and south. Curl the tongue up, touching the line between the upper gum and the front teeth, incisors against incisors. Concentrate from the top of your head while mentally reciting "Nam Mô A Di Đà Phật."

Next join your palms in front of the chest. Slowly raise your palms and arms above your head to exercise the shoulders. Then, kneel down with your fingertips touching the floor, gently bringing the top of your head to the floor. Stand up with your palms pressed together in front of your chest. Repeat this exercise 50 times.

Master Lương Sĩ Hằng - Vĩ Kiên:
This exercise activates the fluidic energy of the 12 meridians of the physical body. The impure energy will be rejected and eliminated by the force of gravity while kneeling down and touching your head to the ground. When you stand up, the energy is regulated so that you can gain inner balance.

You may perform this exercise 2 or 3 times per day In the Vô-Vi method the mirror is used as a sacred space to direct prayers to the One you venerate. Each day, before leaving home and upon returning, the practitioners should stand before the mirror with their hands in prayer position and mentally recite: "Nam Mô A Di (yi) Đà Phật"(three times) by focusing on the top of the head.

The purity of the universe is represented by the Vô-Vi mirror, and it also symbolizes loyalty and perseverance.

More Advanced Techniques

The following exercises are reserved for advanced practitioners who have experienced the flux of energy vibrating from the top of their head.

1. Self-Introspection

Wake up at 5 am. Rinse your mouth and wash your face to refresh yourself. Sit cross-legged or on a chair and mentally review your daily spiritual and social life. Offer repentance if you have made any mistakes.

Master Lương Sĩ Hằng - Vĩ Kiên said,
We must engage in introspection to make progress. It is not necessary to compare ourselves with others; instead, we should turn our focus inward. By focusing our consciousness and communicating with ourselves calmly and with intention, we can align with God's rhythm, which guides us through the breath of life.

2. Technique for Nurturing and Revitalizing the Pure Vital Breath

Between 5:30 am and 6 am, stand or sit outdoors in the open air. Keep your tongue curled up to the upper gum, incisors against incisors, mouth and eyes closed.Concentrate at the top of your head while mentally reciting the mantra "Nam Mô A Di (yi) Đà Phật." Then simultaneously through your nose and cranial psychic center which resides on the top of your head, inhale deeply and with intent, then exhale slowly through your nose and cranial psychic center.

Do this breathing exercise three times to nurture and revive your flux of energy and revitalize your five internal organs.

3. Practice the Mantra with Eight Essential Points

You may perform this spiritual exercise every night between 6 pm and 10 pm, in order to direct your flux of energy following the Eight Essential Points on your body.

Sit cross-legged, facing south direction, and position your fingers in the Samadhi-Mudra Seal. Keep your tongue curled up, incisors against incisors, mouth and eyes closed. Then mentally practice "Nam Mô A Di (yi) Đà Phật" slowly by following the Eight Essential Points as described below:

Point #1: Mentally recite "Nam Mô A Di (yi) Đà Phật" while directing your energy from the upper lip to the tip of your nose. The vibratory sound "Phật" should gently settle at the tip of the nose.

Point #2: Continue reciting "Nam Mô A Di (yi) Đà Phật" as you guide the energy from the tip of your nose to the frontal psychic center (the third eye). Let "Phật" land at the point between your eyebrows.

Point #3: Mentally repeat the mantra while moving the energy from the frontal psychic center up to the middle of your forehead.

Point #4: Continue the recitation as you guide the energy from the middle of the forehead upward to the front upper head, approximately three finger-widths above your hairline. This area is also known as "the Palace of Nihoan" or the "Gate of Heaven."

Point #5: Repeat "Nam Mô A Di (yi) Đà Phật" as the energy moves to the topmost point of your head, known as the crown chakra, located at the very top of your head, just above the ears.

Point #6: Mentally recite the mantra from the crown of your head to the Seal Center—the point behind your head, directly opposite the frontal psychic center.

Point #7: From the Seal Center, mentally repeat "Nam Mô A Di (yi) Đà Phật" as you guide the energy to a point on your spine, directly across from the thymus gland. This point can be found by reaching over your shoulder and touching the spine with your fingertips. This is also known as the area of the Yellow Castle sphere.

Point #8: Conclude by mentally repeating the mantra as the energy moves downward along the spine, ending at the point directly opposite the navel.

Master Lương Sĩ Hằng - Vĩ Kiên:
This is a secret dharma expelling all external negative forces surrounding you. Completing this exercise through the Eight Essential Points is like conducting a thorough inspection of your microcosm to prevent any potential assault by impure external forces, that can occur at any time.

This spiritual dharma method enables you to become aware of the development of your Yang and Yin meridians and protect yourself from impure forces. Once your energy is developed, you will clearly feel the flow of energy moving from point to point during the mantra.

However, it is not recommended for new practitioners to perform this Eight Essential exercise until they have developed spiritual energy, as it may create more agitation.

As you practice this exercise, you will sense an energy current flowing through each point you have just focused. This process helps to realign the order of your microcosm. Advanced practitioners will perceive a red light glowing at each chakra, while those who are less advanced will feel a gentle current of energy moving through these points.

If you experience psychic visions, simply keep a written journal. However, refrain from sharing them with others since everyone's level of spiritual development is unique. Later, you may choose to leave your diary for future generations, stating that these are your personal spiritual discoveries. In doing so, you may encourage readers to try these spiritual techniques to further their own development, to understand their origins, and to recognize their purpose.

Everyone should have self-awareness and understand that this is a process of self-practice and self-progress. Do not depend on others, and do not commercialize it, as that would be a violation of the Divine Superior.

Be determined to practice and then go back to the infinite origin to fully experience the joy. At that stage, we will work even harder than now so that our minds become more lucid.
