Master Lương Sĩ Hằng–Vĩ Kiên was born in Quy Nhơn, Vietnam, on November 13rd, 1923, the youngest of eight children. His father was Mr. Lương Thâm, owner of a charter bus company; his mother was Mrs. Lâm Thị, who passed away when he was still a young child.
Master Lương attended the French school Gagelin in Quy Nhơn, but regular school attendance was often interrupted by health issues. He was a quiet and shy child who loved nature, churches and pagodas.
His schooling had to end early due to adverse conditions during his youth. Master Lương began working in his father's bus company. However, at age 13, he decided to leave his family in Quy Nhơn and move to Saigon to work by himself. He was involved in different trading business in Saigon, which ultimately led to him having a successful marketing career with Getz Brothers, an American trading company that operated in Vietnam. At the age of 28, Master Lương married Ms. Trần Tân, to whom he devoted himself his entire life.
At an early age, Mr. Lương was gifted with the ability to travel in the astral plane. In his astral travels, he visited various places throughout the world, which he later confirmed while traveling through different continents on his spiritual mission.
Mr. Lương, who was eagerly searching for a genuine spiritual path, met Master Đỗ, Thuần Hậu at the age of 33. Because Mr. Lương had himself been quite leery of so-called spiritual leaders he had met in the past, he also tested Master Đỗ’s knowledge of and abilities in the spiritual realm. Finally, as instructed by Master Đỗ, Mr. Lương followed the Vô Vi Practice. Mr Lương performed it with devotion under the loving but strict guidance of his teacher to attain his own enlightenment and soul deliverance.
Mr. Lương's spiritual journey to Vô-Vi was not an easy one.
At the beginning, Master Đỗ Thuần Hậu (alias Mr. Tư) frequently challenged his students' trustworthiness, fortitude, and perseverance. To exemplify, "You're too busy being a businessman; spiritual growth is not possible for businessmen" or "You practice for your personal benefit, not mine; why are you asking so many questions?"
These remarks had a profound effect on Mr. Lương, which increased his determination to practice his Vô Vi spiritual path diligently. The Buddha Dharma Method of Vô-Vi Transcendental Science eventually lead him to discover his true spiritual self.
Mr. Lương had been able to travel transcendental planes of higher consciousness because of his accomplishment with soul liberation and enlightenment. His words indicate that he was capable of reaching transcendental planes of higher consciousness and offering assistance to the souls he met with abundant light blessings.
