I have been looking for a meditation method for a long time asking friends and searching for books. Fortunately I was introduced to the Vô-Vi meditation method by my younger brother, Châu. He had been practicing this method since the early 90's and showed signs of tremendous improvements in his lifestyle. Some of the remarkable changes were he stopped smoking and became a vegetarian, being conscious of his health. Through meditation he was able to experience light energy and inner peace.

At first, I was a little reluctant to try out the entire meditation exercises routine. I was only comfortable with the breathing exercise called "Chiếu Minh", a lying down breathing technique through the abdominal. The breathing helped me to relax and to sleep well.

In the summer of 2000, I was fortunate enough to join a field trip to Longwoods garden with Master Lương Sĩ Hằng and Vô-Vi friends from New York, Pennsylvania and Virginia.

That evening, I started meditating at my apartment in Delaware. As I was meditating I felt a powerful energy flowing from my lower spine up to the top of my head and busting out between the eyebrows of my forehead. My entire body trembled from the experience. The next day, I was still startled when I spoke to my brother of the energy occurrence. I was later explained the meditation will purify the internal energy, helping the practitioner to return to his/her inner Soul. Unification of one’s mind with his/her Soul is the ultimate realization of self-enlightenment.

After that first energy experience, many others followed. Today, I am spending a minimum of one hour a day meditating from 11:00 pm to midnight. I faithfully go through each of meditative exercises: first, focusing on internal energy (Soi Hồn) Deep Stomach Breathing (Pháp Luân) and Meditation (Thiền Định). Throughout the day, I quietly recite the name of the Buddha as the source of "infinite light energy" focusing on the top of my head. This exercise helps me to remain calm and focused. I stopped having migraines and have not gotten sick for many years.

With the Vô-Vi Meditation method, my mind has strengthened. I can think faster and react more rationally at changing situations related to work or home. I am also more perceptive and receptive to my surroundings. Basically, I am a new and improved person, both physically and mentally.

I am now convinced that Vô-Vi meditation is one of the most effective contemplative methods ever developed; it has changed my life physically and spiritually.

Last but least, I am grateful for the guidance of Master Lương Sĩ Hằng who has impacted my life in so many wonderful ways. Despite his age (84 yrs old) he still generously provides seminars and lectures around the world promoting spirituality and peace, spreading compassion, and building a better living place for mankind.

May God bless us all.
