I know GOD led me to meet Master Tam and begin the Vô-Vi method of Meditating in 1980, while visiting Houston from Thailand, I owe my life to Vô-Vi and especially Father Tám. As a businessman in Thailand, I did not have the patience and focus I really wanted in my life. Then I met Father Tám and 25 years later I am still practicing the Vô-Vi method daily. Why? Because with the method I strive to have more patience with people, but more important with myself. Vô-Vi is a method that really helps a practitioner to focus his or her mind on daily tasks in life.

I highly recommend this method of meditation to all those contemplating learning more about meditation. The energy from Father Tám's voice transcends all language barriers when listening to the Vô-Vi mantra.
